1. Who we are<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Epignosis: The Epignosis Group of companies (\u201cEpignosis\u201d) provide accessible and affordable eLearning services such as TalentLMS, to any single company or organization worldwide. \u201cEpignosis LLC\u201d, located in the United States of America (505 Montgomery Street, 11th floor, Suite 1100, San Francisco, California CA 94111, USA tel. (+1) 646 797 2799) and \u201cEpignosis UK LtD\u201d, having as seat of establishment the United Kingdom (1 Fore Street Avenue London United Kingdom EC2Y 9DT) , tel. (+44) 20 7193 1614) promote and provide eLearning services, while the Greek Branch (Lykourgou Str. 1, Athens, 10551, (+30) 211 800 6449) of Epignosis UK Ltd is responsible for the management, maintenance and operation of the Learning Management Solutions. The Epignosis Group complies with Data Protection Laws, including the European regulation for data protection 2016\/679\/EU (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR<\/a>), the UK GDPR<\/a>,  the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as well as with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF<\/a>), and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF<\/a>, as well as the Swiss-US DPF<\/a> as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Epignosis will not knowingly do anything or permit anything to be done which might lead to a breach of the Data Protection Laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TalentLMS: TalentLMS is a cloud subscription-based eLearning service. By accessing TalentLMS through a set of subscription packages, our customers (\u201cCustomers\u201d) can train their personnel or any other group of people they wish or provide distance eLearning services. Customers access the TalentLMS service by means of a unique combination of a user identifier and secure password. By gaining access to the service through this combination, the Customers are allocated a specific domain that is owned and managed exclusively by them. The Customer specifies, customizes and provides access to the service to the authorized users (\u201cUsers\u201d) of his domain, consisting of course Instructors and Learners. Additionally, the Customer may specify custom User roles for his domain. The course Instructors specify and manage the content of the courses, which may include text documents, video and audio files, images, presentations. Learners attend the courses and are subject to tests, for which they are graded; Learners have access to their own grades through the service. Each Learner can view his grades and extract reports, by means of supplying the reporting criteria through the respective service interface, regarding his own performance and his overall use of the service. Each Instructor can extract reports for the activity of his courses. The Customer owns his domain data and can extract reports for the total activity of his domain, including all its Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. How We Use Personal Information We Collect as Controllers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We collect personal data or personal information through the Site (https:\/\/www.talentlms.com\/) and the Services (\u201cTalent LMS\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors.  <\/strong>A visitor of our Site is the person simply visiting our Site, as well as the person interacting with our Site e.g. by filling in and sending the contact form, or ordering our Newsletter (referred to as \u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d or \u201cVisitor\u201d in this Policy).  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
